It also talks about renting an apartment or a room on your initial visit, working in Italy, its taxes, ways to relocate your family to Italy, opening bank accounts, Health Insurance, Driver’s License, It shows how to get started with buying €01-Houses and other properties in Italy, eligibility, projected costs, its budget, Government announced bonuses, Goods to Accompany and a host of other areas.

You will learn about Italy, and your rights according to Italian law. The Important documents you should have with you, and ways to improve your Italian language. We will introduce you to the business and income processes, Education, Housing, and Healthcare in Italy.

You’d be able to understand money and financial transactions customary in Italy, its transport, communication, and overall how to live in Italy the easier way.

This program will facilitate you in avoiding unnecessary and often expensive pitfalls.

Our consultancy fee is €6,000 in three equal installments. The first installment (€2,000) is upon registration and applying for your Visit Visa. The 2nd installment (€2,000) is for your travel and property search in Italy. The 3rd installment (€2,000) is for your property purchase in Italy.  

Visitation coordination, stay, and accommodation, according to your preference would be billed separately.
