Your Linkedin Profile is the key that opens your prospects abroad, especially in Skilled immigration. Any recruiter, a prospective employer, a funder or an immigration officer will certainly go through your LinkedIn profile before finalising or shortlisting you.

We suggest developing a “Canadianised” LinkedIn profile. Almost all the recruiters in Canada prefer using LinkedIn service and online search engines to gather skilled people for job interviews. Do note your prospective employer will not pick up that phone to call you for an interview, without going through your LinkedIn profile, website, and resume. These should all be in sync with each other.
