This program is primarily for Canadian Employers to create job offers for Canadian Immigration Applicants.
AukSun Consultants is ICCRC certified *(RCIC # R413215 ). We guide you step-by-step to manage and create Arranged Employment, Work Permits and job offers so you may employ foreign workers in Canada or support their permanent resident applications. We assist employers by providing services, such as:
- explaining and providing advice on the FSWP;
- completing and submitting the application form and all required documents;
- communicating with ESDC/Service Canada on the employer’s behalf; and
- representing the employer during the application process.
Additionally, we facilitate both, the employer and prospective employee in securing jobs in Canada, developing their LinkedIn and resume suited to Canadian standards.
The Arranged Employment Offer or Job Offer from a Canadian employer greatly enhances the chances of an Applicant being eligible for Canadian immigration under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). The foreign skilled worker’s Canadian Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa would be expedited so that the worker can come to Canada and start working for the Canadian employer sooner. It also provides the FSWorker applicant with up to an additional 50 to 200 CRS points towards Canada’s Express Entry selection factor requirement of 1200 points.
